BYB Brawl 1: Brawl For It All goes live from the Cheyenne Ice & Event Center in Cheyenne, Wyoming. The Bareknuckle Boxing/ MMA hybrid event features many notable names involved with the production ranging from the famous to the infamous.
MMA legend Din Thomas, former Heavyweight Boxing champion Chris Byrd, and star of the Netflix documentary “Dawg Fight”/ former Bellator fighter Dada 5000 are all part of the broadcast team.
Bouts are set to be contested in a “Trigon Triangle” cage, the show is available on a myriad of platforms via online streaming/ traditional pay per view, and LMM’s Dylan Bowker is here for all the weirdness.
BYB Brawl 1: Brawl For It All
Albert “Speedy” Martinez vs Robert “Billy Bad Ass” Fletcher…….. BKB
Round #1: Martinez gets right after it and the two are engaging in flurries. Billy Bad As rocks Martinez. Both men have rocked each other at this point. Martinez sticks Billy Bad Ass with a straight. An absurd amount of punches being thrown from both and the connection rates are high.
No give in either man and both are bleeding. Martinez playing more of a counter striking game and gets a knockdown over Billy Bad Ass who was storing in. Another knockdown from Martinez. Ref calls off the fight and Martinez secures the victory at BYB Brawl 1: Brawl For It All.

Brian “Stone Handz” Jackson vs John Michael “JoMi” Escoboza……BKB
Round #1: Jomi working a steady jab and connecting on it. Jomi working in some straights to the body. Jackson got knocked down by a jab. Jomi’s jab proving effective on many levels.
Round #2: Jackson getting observed by the doctor. Devastating straight punch from Jomi spells the end for Jackson. Escoboza ends things almost immediately into the second frame. Jomi dropped Jackson with a solar plexus shot.
Winner by KO 20 seconds into R2….John Michael Escoboza
Robert “Real Business” Brown Jr. vs Lorenzo “The Juggernaut” Hunt…..BKB
Round #1: Cruiserweight bruisers get right to it. Hunt being the more measured fighter in his efforts to get a sense of rhythm/ gauge distance.
Hunt lands a combo on Brown Jr in the corner. Both men swing bombs on one another to end the opening round.
Round #2: Brown Jr throwing a dozen some odd punches with Hunt not only withstanding the effort but rallying back. Not only that but Hunt is able to land punches unlike Brown Jr for the most part.
Hunt keeps finding a home for that overhand right and lands more as the second frame ends.
Round #3: Hunt drops Brown Jr in a big way after a varied combo with hooks and uppercuts. Brown Jr still wobbly and Hunt lands an uppercut from hell. One punch took Brown Jr off his feet and he Flair flopped to the canvas.
Winner by Knockout less than a minute into R3…..Lorenzo “The Juggernaut” Hunt
Alphonso “Chocolate” Frierson vs Mike “Dragon Hulk” Trujillo….BKB
Round #1: Both men working their jab in this rubber match at BYB Brawl 1: Brawl For It All. Trujillo pieces up Frierson with a combo and puts Frierson down. Trujillo lands another combo that drops Frierson and Frierson does not get up from the canvas.
Dragon Hulk emerges victorious in all of his fiery, radioactive glory. The third bout in the series bridges the gap between Dawg Fight and the upcoming Dawg Fight II.

Lamar “The Abomination” Cannady-Foster vs Jermayne “Redman” Barnes ……MMA
Round #1: The Super Heavyweights clock in at nearly 600 lbs combined. Both trade leather and Barnes presses Foster to the cage. Foster is trapped in the corner of the triangular cage.
After being separated, the two behemoths exchange punches. Barnes brings it back to the folkstyle, greco roman on the cage position. Foster isn’t doing so great with the wall wrestling.
Round #2: The second frame looking like a repeat of the initial round. Barnes with the folkstyle successes and Foster rushing in with boxing flurries to no avail/ little connectivity.
Barnes gets things to the ground and is landing strikes from Foster’s half guard.
Round #3: 35 seconds into the round, Barnes pushes “The Abomination” through the fence and Foster breaks down the cage wall. Foster is writhing in pain on the concrete. The fight is halted and the judges are being asked to render a decision. Tis seemed to be due to the referee’s disgression as he felt that it warranted the call being tht it was the final frame.
Winner by unanimous decision…. Jermayne Barnes
Joey Angelo vs Joseph Guillen…BKB
Round #1: Guillen putting hands on Angelo until Guillen got dropped with a big punch by Angelo. Angelo swarms buand finishes the bout soon after.
Big punches from the bareknuckle cruiserweight which lead to the ref waving off the prize fight.
Winner by TKO in Round One…..Joey Angelo
Christine “Knuckles” Stanley
vs Latoya “Lionheart” Burton….BKB
Round #1: Burton is tagging Stanley but Stanley drops Burton with a well timed uppercut. Stanley working some heavy body shots know. The exposed fists of Stanley digging into Burton’s rib cage after busting her nose earlier in the round.
Round #2: Stanley is connecting on several punches. Burton is mostly absorbing strikes at this lint. Burton’s face is bloodied up in a big way and her face us leaking onto the mat.
Stanley putting on a clinic and living up to her nickname of Knuckles. Steadily digging punches into the body but alternating that with head strikes. Huge hematoma from the eye of Burton but Burton showed a tremendous amount of grit at BYB Brawl 1: Brawl For It All.

Jamelle “The Beast” Jones vs Matt “The Attack” Kovacs….MMA
Round #1: Heavyweights step into the Trigon. Jones nails a takedown after a feeling out process. Kovacs gets up but is taken down again almost immediately.
Jones maneuvers in an Arm triangle from mount right when it got to the floor and Kovacs taps.
Winner by first round submission. Jamelle “The Beast” Jones”
Billy “The Kid” Martin
vs Leo Pla….BKB
Round #1: Superman punches and steady follow up straights draw blood from Pla. Martin is coming out aggressive but both men are bloody.
Pla drops Martin, blood is everywhere, and there’s an electricity in the crowd. Pla gets dropped again and the ref waves off the fight as the buzzer had sounded off at the exact time of the KO.

Jake “The Goon” Young vs Matt “MFD” Delanoit…..BKB
Round #1:Young got absolutely slept after a volatile back and forth between both men early. Delanoit kept up the pace, was the aggressor, and it ended up paying off with a highlight reel straight right KO.

Josh “Dempsey” Gormley
vs Bobby “Zombie” Brents
Gormley’s nickname comes from the fact that he’s the great-grandson of legendary Heavyweight Boxing champion Jack Dempsey who reigned supreme through the 1920’s.
Back then Dempsey practiced Queensberry rules but Gormley carries the pugilistic legacy into the realm of Broughton’s rules.
Round #1: Gormley vs Brents is the main event of the night. Brents connects early on but Gormley digs in some solid body shots. Slipping in close quarter uppercuts n Brents’ face.
Gormley gets the fit to one of the Trigon corners to work punches and seems to favour those close quarter exchanges. Brents seems to be getting the better of the striking exchanges that take place at distance.
Dempsey has the crimson mask but an accidental eye poke to Brents halts the proceedings before a conclusive ending could be reached.
Both parties seem interested in running it back and promotional figurehead Dada 5000 indicated interest in the rematch as well.
The Main Event was ruled a No Contest
